Executive - Converged Charging
- Responsible for attending complaints escalated and applications integrated with Online Charing System (OCS) while providing solutions within SLA.
- Identify and inform relevant teams for any applications / OCS related issues and analysing complaints.
- Responsible for Implementation of new products / tariff in the system for prepaid and post-paid base on business requirements to provide optimum solutions.
- Responsible for any system changes and new feature implementation.
- Analysing and Identifying the root cause for customer complaints and take preventive actions by minimizing customer impact.
- Responsible for system integration upgrades / operations to cater new business requirements.
- Finding immediate solutions for customer complaints by escalating to vendors.
- Performing system upgrades related testing and other interventions.
- Follow-up on customer complaints escalated by NOC and find immediate solution.
- Analyze the trends of the complaints to highlight possible OCS / Application related issues.
- Supporting 24*7 on call roster.
