The scope of work would involve supporting customers who require After Sales Service, and also work with the internal stakeholders to deliver a high standard of service on behalf of the organization.
• Sound educational background with 3 passes at G C E A/L
• Fluency in Sinhala and English languages is essential. The ability to speak Tamil will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 02 years' experience in a handling customer service. Candidates with experience in a Call Centre operation would be given preference.
• Basic computer literacy including MS Office package
• Good team player with a passion for customer service
• Ability to work during weekends and on a roster basis, when required
